Types of honey
Nineeight single-flower and one wildflower
Artemide wax seal: a stylized bee above the calligraphic A of the brand, pressed into wax.

Nine blooms, nine shades of honey

Each type has its own color, its own taste and its own personality

Honey extracted and left to rest

“By centrifugation, without heat treatment or any action that alters its natural characteristics.”

Crystallization is a sign that honey is natural: its consistency changes by itself. So if you find crystallized honey in the jar, don’t worry: it is still honey, just in a different form. It is denser or creamier.

  1. Apiaries Our hives follow the rhythm of nature: with migratory beekeeping we follow the blooms so that we can harvest the honey at the best moment
  2. Extraction Cold centrifugation, with no heat treatment at all
  3. Bottling In our own workshop at Via dell’Industria no. 1, Pietradefusi (AV), opened in 2007
