Description
Orange blossom honey is a fine honey and is usually finely crystallized, leaving a pleasant, melting sensation on the palate.
It stands out for its delicate floral and citrus notes, together with a sweet, harmonious taste and a slight hint of orange blossom (zagara) on which the bees have foraged.
When liquid it is light in color; crystallized, it is amber white. Ideal for sweetening tea, herbal teas and drinks, or for enriching desserts with its unmistakable Mediterranean aroma.
Our orange blossom honey is produced in April, in the Apulian plain.
