Acacia honey is without a doubt the best known and most loved of Italian honeys. It is appreciated for its light, almost transparent color, for its delicate, refined flavor and, thanks to its high fructose content, it does not crystallize and always stays naturally liquid.
Our acacia honey is produced on the hills of Irpinia and Sannio. In May the robinia (black locust) is covered with highly scented flowers that produce a precious nectar, gathered by the bees and turned into excellent honey.
Acacia is the honey best suited to the squeeze format because it does not crystallize. The practical 350 g bottle pours with a light squeeze, straight onto yogurt, bread, cheese or into drinks, with no need for a spoon.
