Description
The grappa and honey liqueur is obtained by blending wildflower honey with Barbera pomace grappa. Its organoleptic characteristics can vary with the seasonality of the bloom, which makes the multifloral honey used distinctive.
The alcohol content is diluted by the sugar concentration of the honey and by the water, reaching a final strength of 30% vol. A liqueur with an enveloping taste, a clear appearance and an intense aroma.
Tasting at a temperature between 4 and 10 °C is recommended. Excellent after a meal, accompanied by pastries or dried fruit and nuts, it is a tribute to tradition, to the genuineness of hive products and to a passion for authentic flavors.
Also ideal as a gift idea.
