Description
Sulla is a wild forage plant (Hedysarum coronarium) that grows in the unspoiled hilly inland.
Sulla honey is light yellow in color, finely crystallized, with a delicate flavor, free of aromas.
Sulla flowers are red, rich in nectar that the bees turn into excellent honey. Used as a sweetener, it does not change the flavor of the foods it is added to.
