This is the right of withdrawal under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. If the order arrives in several parcels, from the day you receive the last one. Agr. Artemide, Via dell\u2019Industria 1, Fraz. Dentecane, 83030 Pietradefusi (AV), Italy, with an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw and the order number. Dentecane, 83030 Pietradefusi (AV), info@mieleartemide.com:<br \/>\nI hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: \u2026<br \/>\nordered on \u2026 \/ received on \u2026 \u2014 order number \u2026<br \/>\nName of the consumer: \u2026<br \/>\nAddress of the consumer: \u2026<br \/>\nDate: \u2026<br \/>\nSignature (only if this form is on paper): \u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It is enough to send the notice within the fourteen days: the date you send it counts.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"restituire\">How to return the products and who pays<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By when.<\/strong> You must send the products back to us within <strong>fourteen days<\/strong> of the day you tell us about the withdrawal. After the declaration, we write to you with the return instructions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In what condition.<\/strong> Intact and <strong>in the original sealed packaging<\/strong>, with everything that was in the parcel. Glass travels badly: wrap each jar or bottle individually and fill any gaps, in a sturdy box. We recommend a tracked and insured shipment: until the products reach us, the risk of the return journey is yours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who pays for the return.<\/strong> <strong>The cost of returning the goods is borne by the person withdrawing.<\/strong> We state this here, before the purchase, as article 57 of the Consumer Code requires. The cost depends on the courier you choose and on the weight of the parcel. We charge nothing else: no penalty and no handling fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What can be returned and what cannot<\/h2>\n<p>The law excludes the right of withdrawal, among other cases, for (art. 59 of the Consumer Code):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery<\/strong>. For this reason an opened jar, bag of candies or cosmetic cannot be returned;<\/li>\n<li>goods <strong>made to measure or clearly personalized<\/strong>, such as wedding favors and made-to-order creations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you return a product that you have opened or used beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics, you are liable for any diminished value (art. 57, paragraph 2).<\/p>\n<h2>The refund<\/h2>\n<p>We refund you <strong>within fourteen days<\/strong> of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the products, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding. The refund includes the price of the products and the standard shipping costs you paid on the way out; if you chose a more expensive delivery than the ordinary one, the difference is at your expense. We refund using the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> you used, at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"danni\">Broken, wrong or non-conforming product<\/h2>\n<p>This is not a withdrawal: it is your right, and there is no fourteen-day limit. If you receive a product that is broken, different from the one ordered or not as described, write to us right away at <a href=\"mailto:info@mieleartemide.com\">info@mieleartemide.com<\/a> with a few photographs of the product and the packaging, and the order number. We will replace it or refund it, and <strong>the cost of the return, if needed, is ours<\/strong>. This is the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts <strong>two years<\/strong> from delivery (<a href=\"\/en\/termini-e-condizioni\/\">see the terms of sale<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>If the parcel arrives damaged, remember the written reservation on the courier\u2019s document and the photographs before opening it, as explained in the terms of sale.<\/p>\n<h2>A natural product is not a defective product<\/h2>\n<p>Honey that crystallizes, changes color from one harvest to another or is denser than usual is not spoiled: it is unpasteurized honey behaving as it should. If you have a doubt about a jar, call us before throwing it away: it is usually solved in two minutes on the phone.<\/p>\n<h2>If you buy with a VAT number<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers.
